Do you sell gift cards?
At the moment we are not selling any gift cards however we might do it in the near future.
What is your refund/return policy?
Goods can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as it is in Good Condition.

Refunds will only be applied if the product is returned within 14 days of the purchase. Once your product has been received, we will send you a confirmation by email. Refunds will be applied once the inspection of the returned product has been completed.
What are the payment options?
At moment we are accepting bank transfers only.
What is your shipping policy?
​If ordering any custom-made product, please be mindful it can take from 3 to 6 weeks to be delivered to your designated address in Australia and 2 to 4 weeks if your designated address is in Dhaka.
